Brick, whitewashed beams and red walls, fireplace and billiard table in the background, you fell good here before you've even started eating, with the sound of merry talk of the chef in his kitchen. Jérémy has fun kooking : foie gras with chocolate chips, sole poched in grenn tea and bananas en papillote... he did his apprenticeship in well-known Parisian hotels before seting up le Gril'Othe, a good address with prettily decorated bedrooms. The little extra : the shady patio under the wistaria.

After having started in a famous house in the region, Chistophe and Sandrine settled down here, in Palis, between the Pays d'Othe and the Nogentais. Just next to the Town Hall, on the main square, a lovely terrace in the shade of the linden trees. Christophe has a real way with cooking and a preference for pastries as ou can see from his wide choice of desserts.

 From the seventeenth century, this mill crushed hemp and flax. He was then turned into flour mill and sawmill by 1900. Located in a park of 1.5 ha crossed by the river, the "Auberge de la Scierie"  offers, in a rustic and warm atmosphere, traditional cuisine prepared with fresh regional products. Our 2 chimneys Logis de France offers 12 rooms, a terrace along the river, an outdoor swimming pool and 3 rooms for receptions, banquets, seminars, weddings and short breaks, weekend getaways or dining.
